We will also limit sharing among our affiliates to the extent required by California law. If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 45 days from the date we sent this notice.

North Dakota Residents: We will not disclose information we collect about you to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by North Dakota law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. To opt-in, please complete the reply form contained in the North Dakota Opt-In Notice and mail it to the address provided. 4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE

Under California law, website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customer’s personal information over time and across third-party websites and therefore this requirement does not apply to us. California law also requires website and online service operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personal information about their user’s online activities over time and across different sites when the users use the operator’s website or service. Third parties that have content or services on our site such as a social feature, analytics service, or an advertising network partner, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits but this information does not include personal information. PRIVACY POLICY COVERAGE

This Statement covers PMC’s collection of personal information that it gathers when you are on PMC controlled websites. It does not apply to information collected and stored by a means other than these websites or practices of third parties that PMC does not own or control, or to other individuals that PMC does not employ or manage. By accessing the PMC websites, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Statement. Access to information about customers collected from PMC websites is restricted to PMC and third parties that need access to customer information in order to provide PMC operational or other support services, PMC mortgage lending products and information, or as may be required by law. PMC does not distribute, sell or rent any personal information collected via its websites. This is also true for personal information (email address, postal address, etc.) sent to the website’s email addresses. The transmission of personal information entered via the site’s forms is protected by PMC’s security features. PMC’s Personal Information Collection and Purpose: PMC’s primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with a friendly, customized and efficient experience. PMC collects information about you to help us serve your financial needs, to provide you with quality products and services and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. PMC takes reasonable precautions to protect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of personal information. We collect the following information from our customers via PMC’s websites:

(A) INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US:

PMC collects identifying information when you submit an online application or inquiry via PMC websites. For example, PMC may require customers who submit an online application to give us the following personal information: name, address, phone number, email address, financial information, employment information, etc. When you initially submit an inquiry for a mortgage application PMC may also ask for additional types of personal information. All financial and personal information that PMC collects from you is used for the purposes of checking your qualification as a prospective borrower of a residential mortgage loan. PMC may use third party intermediaries to manage the website functionality and information submitted, however these intermediaries are not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of facilitating the distribution of customer information or the functionality of the PMC websites. All third party intermediaries are held to local, state and federal laws surrounding personal financial information, and vetted through PMC.

(B) E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS

PMC receives confirmation when you submit a loan application and may follow-up with an email confirmation in order for us to acknowledge receipt of the application, or to follow-up on a customer inquiry. PMC may also send out emails with information regarding PMC promotions, products, mortgage lending information and/or updates, and loan milestone updates.

(C) INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES

PMC may also collect information about you from its consumer reporting agencies and other similar avenues for sole purpose of facilitating a mortgage loan transaction. For purposes such as improving personalization of the PMC websites, PMC may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

(D) AUTOMATIC INFORMATION

PMC receives and stores certain types of information whenever you interact with us via PMC websites. PMC automatically receives and records certain “traffic data” on our server logs including your IP address, PMC cookie information, the page you requested, and your communications and interactions with other site users. PMC uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the PMC websites. PMC automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our websites and use of components of our websites. This type of collective data also enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the PMC websites so we can make the websites appealing to as many customers as possible. We collect and use this information for internal purposes only. Many companies offer programs that help you to visit web sites anonymously. While PMC will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these programs are available.

WHAT ABOUT COOKIES

All customer information collected and stored by PMC is maintained in a secure corporate data center and/or otherwise subject to best practices access protection. Only employees who need customer information to perform a specific job (for example, an underwriter) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
